    For your convenience, we can also prepare seafood platters and home-made preparations such as our roasted Monkfish and Smoked Salmon which arrives ready to be put into the oven or our fish soup which great on it's own or is easy to convert to a bouillabaisse with our mixed bouillabaisse fillets.
